Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Infinity Gems GB. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging;
include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

return shipping instructions;
the appropriate return address (UK or Ukraine, depending on your location).

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🚚 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

❌ Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

personalized or custom-made products;
gift cards;
final sale or discounted items.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — no reason required.

The item must still meet our return criteria:

unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging;
accompanied by proof of purchase.

💰 Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days;
please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
